Updated Calendar

We are pleased to announce the new class schedule for the season 2018/2019. We are offering classes in Postural Yoga, Matwork Pilates and Postural Training Pilates.

SensoPro

SensoPro is a comprehensive system focusing on the added value of coordination, which is essential for every day’s movement and most sports.

The programs are divided into categories, shown as videos on a large display and explain in a detailed way the exercises from two perspectives. The short adaptation time and the possibility to train your coordination capabilities at any age allow for obtaining quick and motivating results. Many people can benefit from a coordination training with SensoPro; ranging from Parkinson patients to professional athletes.

Classes (small group)

The first step is always an evaluation of the starting point for defining the objectives and the fundamental principles of the method and is offered as private lesson. Later, a small group class can be joined. These classes should target, according to the “Pilates Method Alliance”, a maximum of six people per instructor.

Group Classes

Our Studio offers a range of mat classes with small equipment. The lessons have a duration of 55 minutes for maximum ten people.

The Method

The method applied at Novantuno Studio has the objective to make the individuals aware of themselves and the space in which they are moving.
